Ingredient Integrity

That’s why many of our products are made with a single ingredient, and all are created with a limited-ingredient philosophy. Every ingredient we use serves a clear nutritional purpose—nothing unnecessary, nothing misleading.

You’ll never find fillers, artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours in our products. What’s listed on the label is exactly what’s inside the bag, so you can make confident choices for your pet, especially if they have sensitivities or allergies.
Processing with Purpose
How an ingredient is processed matters just as much as where it comes from.

We use gentle dehydration and freeze-drying methods to help preserve the natural nutrients, flavour, and texture of each ingredient. These processes allow us to create shelf-stable treats and supplements without relying on heavy processing or unnecessary additives.

Our focus is on maintaining the integrity of the ingredient itself—resulting in products that are minimally processed, highly palatable, and aligned with a more natural approach to pet nutrition.
Quality and Food Safety Standards
While pet treats in Canada are not regulated in the same way as human food—or even complete pet food—we choose to hold ourselves to higher standards.

Our products are prepared as if they were intended for human consumption, using food-grade ingredients, equipment, and handling practices throughout our process. We operate from a commercial-grade kitchen designed with cleanliness, consistency, and safety in mind, and everyone involved in preparing our products is trained in safe food handling.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, our founder has obtained a HACCP Management Certificate and we are actively working toward the design and implementation of a formal Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system within our operations. This process involves identifying potential food safety risks, establishing controls, and documenting procedures to further strengthen quality assurance across sourcing, preparation, and packaging.
