We are very excited to announce the next milestone in our journey—B&T Pets is opening its first storefront in London, located at 100 Kellogg Lane.

This exciting development marks not only our physical expansion but also a strategic evolution of our brand as we transition from our retailer brand of Wow-Finds Worldwide to B&T Pets which will be both manufacturer and retailer.



A New Home for Pet Lovers in London

Located on the ground floor level of London’s 100 Kellogg Lane, our new storefront will help fill a gap in the Old East Village area, and the area surrounding the Western Fair grounds, that is devoid of retailers focused on pet products. Our commitment to excellence ensures that every product on our shelves meets the highest standards of quality and safety for your beloved pets.


The building is also pet friendly, so you are free to bring your pup with you to pick out their favorite treat!



Shifting Focus: The Transition to B&T Pets

As part of our strategic growth, we have made the difficult decision to concentrate exclusively on our B&T Pet line of products. This shift allows us to dedicate our resources and expertise to developing and delivering the best possible products for pets and their owners. By focusing on the pet market, we aim to become a trusted name synonymous with quality, innovation, and care in the pet industry.


While we have enjoyed the journey with our human-centric products under Wow-Finds Worldwide, we believe that specializing in the pet sector will enable us to better serve our community and meet the growing demands of pet lovers everywhere. Consequently, we will be phasing out our human-centric product lines to fully embrace our new identity as B&T Pets.

    We offer over 12 different novel proteins, including duck, seal, kangaroo, venison, elk, bison, walleye, smelt, and other fish varieties. All proteins are human-grade and sourced from reputable Canadian suppliers, with the exception of kangaroo, which is sourced from Australia.
  • What are your bestselling dog treats and cat treats?
    Our most popular dog treats include Seal Crisps, Bison Crisps, Elk Crisps, Duck Love Bites, and Walleye Twists. These single ingredient treats are perfect for dogs with food allergies or sensitive stomachs. Our most popular cat treats include Duck Love Bites, Smelt, and all of our Protein Bites - including Seal, Duck, and Rabbit.
  • What types of pet treats does B&T Pets offer?
    B&T Pets specializes in all-natural, single ingredient and limited ingredient, novel protein pet treats for both dogs and cats. Our product line includes dehydrated meat treats, fish treats, meal toppers, and Smack Raw Dehydrated Superfood. We offer over 12 different protein sources including duck, seal, kangaroo, venison, elk, bison, and various fish options.
  • What are meal toppers and how do I use them?
    Our meal toppers are nutrient-packed supplements perfect for picky eaters or dogs needing extra protein and health support. Simply sprinkle our Turmeric Blend, or any one of our other meal toppers over your pet's regular food to enhance nutrition and palatability. You can even combine meal toppers, if you are addressing multiple issues at the same time.
  • Are B&T Pets treats suitable for dogs and cats with allergies?
    Yes! Our single ingredient and limited ingredient treats are specifically designed for pets with food allergies and sensitive stomachs, as we focus on using novel proteins - those that traditionally are not used in pet foods, and are hypoallergenic. All our treats are made without additives, fillers, or artificial preservatives, making them ideal for dogs and cats requiring hypoallergenic pet treats.
  • Are your fish treats good for dogs with chicken allergies?
    Yes! Our fish treats like Walleye Twists and Just Smelt are excellent alternatives for dogs with chicken or poultry allergies, providing high-quality protein from a novel source. In fact, almost all of our treats, with the exception of turkey, should be ok for dogs with chicken allergies.
  • How many treats should I give my dog daily?
    Treats should make up no more than 10% of your pet's daily caloric intake. Start with small amounts and adjust based on your pet's size, activity level, and dietary needs. It is important to ensure that your pet still eats their regular food, as it ensures the right balance, of protein, fats, along with important vitamins and minerals.
  • Can puppies and kittens eat B&T Pets treats?
    Yes! Our single ingredient treats are generally suitable for puppies and kittens, but we recommend consulting with your veterinarian before introducing any new treats to young pets.
  • Are B&T Pets treats suitable for senior dogs or cats?
    Absolutely! Our soft, easily digestible treats are perfect for senior dogs and cats. Our meal toppers can also help senior pets who may be picky eaters get additional nutrition.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Most Canadian orders arrive within 3-5 business days. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • What is the minimum order for B&T Pets treats?
    We welcome orders of all sizes, from single bags to bulk wholesale orders for retail stores. Check our website for current pricing and package deals. We do not have any minimum quantity orders, even for our wholesale partners.
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing for pet stores?
    Yes, we supply over 20+ retail stores across Canada with our premium pet treats. Contact us for wholesale pricing and setting up an account.
  • Do you ship pet treats across Canada?
    Yes, we ship our treats nationwide across Canada. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from our London, Ontario facility. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

    Yes! Please stop by during our regular business hours. Monday: Closed Tuesday: 11am - 6pm Wednesday: 11am - 6pm Thursday: 11am - 6pm Friday: 11am - 8pm Saturday: 11am - 8pm Sunday: Closed Check on our social media pages for any unexpected changes to this schedule that may pop up.
  • Are B&T Pets treats made in Canada?
    Yes! All B&T Pets treats are hand made in small batches in our commercial-grade kitchen in Lucan, Ontario, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
  • How long do B&T Pets treats last?
    Our dehydrated pet treats have a shelf life of 18 months from the production date when stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. This date is marked on each bag, along with the batch number, for traceability. We have been carefully lengthening our shelf life, through our own internal studies to ensure that our processes meet quality standards which would have the shelf life at 24+ months, based on the drying techniques we use.
  • Are your treats human-grade?
    In theory, Yes, we use only human-grade raw proteins and ingredients in all our pet treats, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards. We also prepare everything in a commercial grade kitchen, following the same regulations employed in the preparation of food for human consumption. However, as we are making pet treats, the local health unit does not, and will not, perform regular inspections on our facility.
  • Do your pet treats contain preservatives or additives?
    No, our treats are completely natural with no additives, fillers, or artificial preservatives. We use only single ingredients or limited ingredient recipes to ensure the highest quality for your pet. By either freeze drying or dehydrating our proteins, enough moisture is removed to ensure they are shelf stable.
